My life with a bag for life

Guide and an insight to living life with a stoma.

This is a helpful guide for those who have bowel conditions and are either going through tests to get a diagnosis or have had the tests and awaiting surgery, or simply interested in what a stoma is like. Just like the authors other book ‘A life being Challenged & Changed’ this too is very much open and honest about what it is like to go through certain medical tests leading up to having an ileostomy due to a condition called ‘slow colon transit’.

**WARNING** This book has graphic content of what stomas look like.

A life being Challenged & Changed is a  truly inspiring book that brings hope to situations that seem hopeless.

Clare’s second book is a helpful guide and will be of great support to those living with a stoma. She talks about life growing up and how from a child she spent time in and out of hospital suffering from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis to uncomfortable bowel condition. She talks about tests later on in life which led to a final diagnosis. There is a step-by-step guide on how to change an ileostomy bag and also a Q&A section which is insightful.

Prophetic Art relating to A life being Challenged & Changed

“ Clare is a dear friend of mine and we have a special bond as sisters in Christ. She is the iron that sharpens my iron and vice versa.

One day, I was praying with Clare as she was going through a difficult time and in my spirit, I saw her kneeling before Jesus. I didn’t see Jesus himself, but a beautiful radiant light and I knew it was from Him.

Then He started pouring oil over her head and it looked like exquisite liquid gold – He was anointing her, blessing her and pouring His extravagant love over her.

It reminded me of the woman who wept at Jesus’ feet and anointed them with her precious expensive perfume. As Clare was worshipping Him, He was returning the anointing to her in the most beautiful way.”

Verse inspired – Jeremiah 31 v 3-4 (AMP)

The Lord appeared to me (Israel) from ages past, saying “I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore, with loving-kindness I have drawn you and continued My faithfulness to you.

Again, I will build you and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel! You will again be adorned with your tambourines and timbrels and go out to the dances of those who celebrate.
